Light and strong
I have a Lotus and needed something small and light to haul to the track. This fits the bill perfectly. It has a rubber piece that protects the finish of your car. Works great!

Great Jack : Very Light
The jack did have to have the air bleed. The easiest way to do this is to have someone stand on the jack twist the handle clock wise and close the release valve and raise it to the max height. While raising the jack you will notice that it will not lift the person, which is good as it’s pushing out the air from the ram. Once the jack is at the max height it will go after 20 pumps or so. Open the air purge valve (uploaded picture to show the air purge valve). Once you hear the air release close the air purge valve and then turn the handle counter-clock wise and lower the jack. Repeat as needed. After two or three time with a 200 pound person all the air was out and working great. This took about 10 minutes to do. I have a lowered 84 camaro and this jack works great for it. no problem with lifting it.

While I’ve never read the Philip Dick account this movie is based on, I’ll have to say this fable has some strong points on its enjoy. Nicolas Cage is grand as “Frank Cadillac” or Chris, as he prefers to be called. He can spy two minutes into his hold future, and this opens some enthralling possibilities. It’s comic to glimpse him urge through several different lift up scenarios before finally finding one that will work with Jessica Biel. This ability also saves his life several times.

The storyline moves along at a proper fling. While there are some tiring, scenes, there are enough “Wow!” moments to maintain you zigzag until the extinguish.

Ah, the destroy…there’s our quandary. In an attempt to pull out a expansive station twist, we extinguish up with a very cheated feeling. It’s almost as if we don’t obtain to glimpse how it all ultimately works out. This could have been fixed with about 5 minutes more cloak time, but we don’t come by it. I’m handsome distinct the DVD will probably have an alternate ending in there somewhere because I can’t bear this is how they originally envisioned it.

As a whole, this was a valid movie and I really enjoyed it. It wasn’t perfect, and seemed to stumble under the weight of its region a couple of times (who were the terrorists? where did they gain the bomb? Why would a woman like Jessica Biel agree to drive a man she’d honest met across the desert…especially when the guy looked like a psycho? ), but it was worth the time it takes to behold it.

Next brings to the cover the sage of Chris Johnson, a.k.a. Frank Cadillac, a down-on-his-luck onstage Las Vegas magician with a rare gift: to be able to eye two minutes into the future! Things “liven up” when a government agent in her pains to gain a group of terrorists aiming at detonating a nuclear bomb somewhere in the United States attempts to enlist Chris Johnson who seems to be rather preoccupied with other matters…

There are runt hints of the X-Files, Deja Vu (Denzel Washington), Frequency (Dennis Quaid, James Caviezel), Timecop (Van Damme) and The Lake House (Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock) .

Nicolas Cage, Julianne Moore, Jessica Biel, and the rest of the cast, have truly outdone themselves with their performances, which are outstanding to say the least! All the actors, without exceptions, give it their 100% and it really shows (the chemistry is Wonderful)! Very well written and very well presented, the movie is without a doubt guaranteed to provide more than impartial a few thrills.

The only major setback is in relation to those “geniuses” that came up with the French-speaking Europeans as the villains and with no explanation whatsoever as to their motive! It’s not as if there aren’t enough prospective terrorists out there, they’re lining up for crying out loud, so why go with some of the most unlikely candidates?

What European would even bother to act as such in reality???

Nevertheless, the setting, the place, the dialogues, and the music are all well-behaved.

In conclusion, Next is a movie definitely worth watching and one to seriously reflect adding to your movie collection as it is one of those films that gets you and keeps you thinking long after it’s over. 4.5 Stars

“Acquire Me If You Can” is the yarn of real-life con artist Frank Abagnale, Jr. who, in the unhurried 1960’s and early 1970’s, when he was between the ages of 16 and 21, wrote $2.5 million dollars in unpleasant checks and became one of the most noted con men in American history. The film follows Frank (Leonardo DiCaprio) from his early high school pranks to his check-printing operation and eventual lift in France five years later. FBI agent Carl Hanratty (Tom Hanks) doggedly pursues Frank as he successfully impersonates an air line pilot, a doctor, and a lawyer, living the life of a playboy and cashing ingeniously forged checks all along the plan.

“Come By Me If You Can” was directed by Stephen Spielberg and, along with Minority Represent, signifies a revival of Spielberg’s directing talent after fifteen years of mediocre-at-best filmmaking. This film is fairly light fare, but it is immensely spirited, comical, touching, and impeccably cast. Frank Abagnale, Jr. is a perfect fit for Leonardo DiCaprio, and is probably his best role since “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape”. Tom Hanks seems to have abandoned his typically saccharine roles this year -much to his credit- and puts in a incredible performance as sympathetic geeky G-man Carl Hanratty (along with a terrific showing in “Road to Perdition”) . Christopher Walken was the only actor to receive an Oscar nomination for “Acquire Me If You Can”. His performance as Frank Abagnale, Sr., our protagonist’s down-and-out father, deserved the honor. Frank Jr.’s awkward combination of admiration and pity for his father seems to have been a key motivator in his distinguished life of crime, and Christopher Walken really helps us understand that.

The sincere Frank Abagnale, Jr. is a successful security consultant these days, protecting businesses from white collar crime. He cooperated with and bascially likes the film, but is posthaste to point out that “Gain Me If You Can” is based on his biography of the same name that was written about 25 years ago. Mr. Abagnale says that some aspects of his experiences were exaggerated in that book and some have been altered for the movie as well. Whatever the inaccuracies, Frank Abagnale, Jr.’s substantial intelligence, ambition, and guts are the most striking elements of the film. It’s the rarity of finding all of these qualities in such abundance in one person that produce Frank’s character so spirited, and perform him one of cinema’s most lovable antiheroes.

I highly recommend “Pick Up Me If You Can” for its gargantuan performances and its extremely inspiring chronicle of an ingenious con man and his grand pursuer…made all the more sharp because the epic is largely legal.

and the message is, “Sometimes, I’m gonna do a film where I fair try to entertain you”. And entertain it did!

Reviewers of the movie are at odds, either giving it high praise, when they peruse that it is impartial there to entertain the filmgoer, or calling it awful, when they put a question to every Spielberg movie to be a momentous event of special effects and storytelling. “Derive Me If You Can” is based on the life of a con man, who pulled his crimes as a teenager, and then reformed for the rest of a long life. The yarn engrosses the watcher, and Spielberg gives the film a light touch, a terrific cast, and fits it all into the eerily genuine culture of the 60’s everyday life with costumes (wardrobe is outstanding), period sets, and a general feeling of wonder (Remember “The Wonder Years”? ) that was the legal 60’s feel, devoid of momentous political events and the inevitable strife caused by war.

DiCaprio is featured as an weird duck, an obsessive compulsive trapped in escalating acts designed to produce his father feel that his life is successful. He shows some vast naivete, especially in the scene criticized by many with Jennifer Garner, and displays the genial and gripping manner that the true Frank must have had to pick up away with what he did.

Hanks is another believable work obsessive compulsive who chases him down and forms the nucleus of the nonviolent criminal teams that solve financial crimes in this country every day. Bringing Frank to the FBI feels a itsy-bitsy incredible, but it DID happen, and it was based on Hanratty’s notion and faith in not only the genius, but also the need of Abagnale to outsmart the world. I’m obvious it was a huge
financial success for law enforcement in the valid world.

Many seem surprised at the attractive flair that Christopher Walken displays as Frank’s father, but Walken’s career is burly of moments like these, where he has flashes of a honest craftsman, then does an over the top performance in his next role…kind of a roller coaster gallop with this stunning performer, you never know what to quiz.

The audience clapped in the film I saw, enjoyed the music, had a spacious time…now that’s entertainment! Find Me If You Can blends light comedy with a background edge of why things turn out the plan they do when families dissolve. It may be the most enchanting movie (short of My Large Plump Greek Wedding) of 2002; and although it doesn’t deserve to salvage any awards….

I want to effect it VERY sure, the three stars are NOT for the movie. Extinguish Bill, in my conception, is one of the best movies ever made but this evaluation is for THIS Raze Bill Blu-ray release.

I am totally sold on Blu and, when the Ruin Bill bundle became available… well… I ordered it when Amazon offered it at a big discount. The bundle includes Ruin Bill 1 and 2 and, IF you wish to upgrade your KBs I highly recommend the bundle because you could set a few dollars. There is no incompatibility between the 2 KBs sold as individual titles and them sold together other than, possibly, the brand.

I wish I had a lot to say about the Blu-ray version but I don’t so, let me say what is worth saying:

- The contents of the Blu-ray version are EXACTLY those of the DVD edition, nothing more, nothing less.

- Even the artwork is borrowed from the current DVD edition.

- The ‘extras’ are shot in grievous resolution, in fact they are the real extras you will secure on the DVD.

- The resolution of the movie is, of course, higher than the DVD’s and the audio is available as ‘uncompressed’ but nothing special was done for the Blu mumble. I noticed quite a few artifacts and some graininess but, overall, the characterize quality is pleasurable. It could have been a lot better. I request a remastered edition in the reach future.

Overall, I am not very jubilant with this edition which appears to have been establish together on the cheap and in a run. I suspect that the digital master ancient to fabricate the DVDs was fleet converted to Blu and thrown out on the market but I could be injurious.

I am looking forward to a complete and professionally done Tarantino filmography on Blu in the advance future, meaning that I’d be buying the End Bills three times.

On deciding whether to purchase this release or not it should be up to one’s budget. Those who don’t have the DVD edition but have a Blu player, definitely prefer the Blu, preferably the bundle because one never knows when a obedient version may be released. If you already have the DVD… like I said, I bought my KB 1&2 package when Amazon offered it at a very well-known discount.

PQ and AQ is fantastic; immense detail in practically every scene, while the DTS audio shows everything we missed from the DVD of the movie. check the AVS forums and blu-ray.com for comparisons.

Constance travels to London, the Riviera, and other ports, only to return home believing that Parkin has reclaimed his ex-wife. But there are many surprises that greet her and the manner in which the record resolves (in Ferran’s hands) leaves us unsure of the future.

The film is captured amidst the beauties of the natural world - flowers, trees, springs, brooks - and these aspects of the natural world are an influential share of Constance’s sexual awakening. Yes, there are scenes of complete nudity and appreciate making but they are photographed so well by

Julian Hirsch that they become an integral section of the narrative. The musical obtain by Béatrice Thiriet finds the correct quality of elegance and sensuality. If there is a scrape with this nearly three-hour film it is in the editing by Yann Dedet and Mathilde Muyard that takes liberties with scene transitions that present disruptive.

But it would be hard to imagine two actors who could match the subtlety and sexual tension that Marina Hands and Jean-Louis Coullo’ch to this film. It is breathtakingly dazzling to experience DH Lawrence’s epic in the hands of the French crew and cast. Grady Harp, December 07

Pascale Ferran’s LADY CHATTERLEY is an exquisitely wrought film. The themes of the Lawrence unusual frame the film, but Ferran seems to have attach together her occupy very contemporary treatment despite the literary and time period setting. The photography is breathtaking and is integral to my characterization of the film as “exquisitely wrought.” The first allotment of the film moves very, very slowly with almost no dialogue as the luxurious expanses of the country landscape are defined along with the formal and aristocratic settings of the Wragby estate. The obsession, both photographically and from a time duration standpoint, with the landscape serves a indispensable two-fold purpose—establishing Nature as a famous element in this world and reinforcing the beauty/sensuality of that Nature. That becomes a well-known underpinning to the orchestration to the unfolding of the very sensual and sexual relationship of Constance and the Gamekeeper Parkin. If there was a weakness in the film, it would be the concluding piece of the film which seemed more simply a patchwork of ideas and actions and not the carefully orchestrated ever increasingly complex visual and thematic development of the first half to two-thirds. However, the ending left everything up in the air as concerns the future of their relationship which I plan was a masterful stroke. There was no smug Hollywood resolution in either direction nor did Ferran give it a particularly French “affaire de passion” resolution. The ending seemed very realistic and “now” and in that sense probably departs from Lawrence in the most dramatic contrivance. This is a must view film!
